Amy has an MBA from the University of Kansas and a journalism degree from the University of Missouri. Larry Kenigsberg leverages more than 20 years of "eavesdropping" as a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist. For the last five years, he has been providing strategic guidance and crafting messages and materials appealing to the emotions, needs, and desires of diverse audiences. Larry earned a master’s degree from New York University and completed several post-graduate courses. Before starting Silverman Communications Group, Co-founder and Senior Partner Rich Silverman was the Partner in charge of the North American financial services business for Brunswick Group, an international communications consultancy. Previously, Rich spent 15 years as a senior corporate communications executive with Lazard, Honeywell International, and Merrill Lynch, where he and his colleagues were recognized with the prestigious Silver Anvil award for results generated in the wake of the 9/11 crisis. He began his career as a financial journalist at The Wall Street Journal, serving 11 years in a variety of editorial posts at the WSJ and its corporate cousin, Dow Jones News Service.

Managing Director and the investment banker in charge of
Nomura Securities’ U.S. New Products Group. He was also
President of a Florida-based international import/export
logistics firm; CEO of a California real estate company;
